How to Enroll in Mobile Banking

1. Enroll in StonehamBank online banking to establish a login and password.
2. Download the StonehamBank mobile* app to your Apple® or Android™ mobile device(s) from your device's app store.
3. Once you've downloaded the app to your device(s) log into the StonehamBank app with your StonehamBank online banking login and password to register your mobile device(s).
4. You're done!

Once you register for Online Banking, you can access your accounts using your mobile device's web browser by using the same login credentials. 

Are you looking for a simple and secure way to manage and monitor your debit card from your phone? If so, enjoy a new feature in the StonehamBank mobile app called Card Controls. Card Controls allows you to monitor your debit card activity and control how, when, and where your debit card is used.

• Enable/disable your debit card.
• Set Push Notification Alerts for transactions.
• Restrict card use to specific geographical regions, merchants, or transaction types.
• Set transaction spend limits.

Send text message commands to 49794 to request information about your account balance and activity and receive a response within seconds.

Text Commands:

• BAL - for balances
• H - for transaction history
• R - to request activation
• C - for a complete list of commands
• S - to disable text banking

Use Touch ID, Passcode, or Android™  Fingerprint with your StonehamBank Mobile App:

1) Select Touch ID to set up on your Apple® device. Set up Instructions for Touch ID

1) Select Passcode on your smartphone device. Set up Instructions for Passcode

— OR —

1) Complete the Android™  Fingerprint setup with your Android™  device.

2) Log in to your StonehamBank mobile app and you will be prompted to set up either Touch ID, Android™  Fingerprint or Passcode within the app.
